penthouse-terrace party

As I reached the N block Gk 2 Market, the neon lights at the penthouse welcomed me, it was my first visit to penthouse, and the occasion was bloggers meet, well!it was more than a meet-a full fledged party ,set at terrace space with loud music ,dim lights and bar at outdoors on a chilly night was a perfect combo to unwind, the place was full house.

The place also have indoor dining area and serves fusion food, one can also enjoy hookah

Let’s talk about food:

As soon as we made ourselves comfortable we were served with mock tails- Julep, a blend of apple, orange, pineapple juice and fresh mint. Frozen margarita, red wine sangria was also served for the ones who cared for alcohol, accompanied by Panner tikka, little dry but high on flavour. Veg Dimsums were divine. The veg and sweet corn feeling with natural flavours was the winner, and left us wanting for more. Jalapeno Cheddar Cheese Rolls were also amazing, perfectly crisp and were stuffed with broccoli, cheese and jalapenos-absolutely yummy!

For the main course, being vegetarian a ordered for thin crust pizza, which was crisp with generous topping of assorted vegies and cheese –just the way I like my pizza to be. We then had Thai Red Curry with steamed rice. Unlike the other Thai curries served at most of the restaurants, this was a perfectly blended curry with a fresh coconut milk base. It was a perfect dish and we actually relished it. Lemon grass did wonders with the flavours to the dish.

For me no meal is complete without bite of dessert but unfortunately it was not offered so was a little disappointed on this front.

All in all great ambiance, yummy food, good service, it’s a great place to chill with friends or have a great night partying.
