I was recently in Aero city to attend a Master Chef class with Master Chef Clayton at the Pullman Hotel, Aero city Delhi.
I was one of the first one to reach the Venue and was warmly welcomed with a cuppa. I really needed it after an hour on the road. Though I skipped the welcome drink at that moment but made sure to try it later .
Chef Clayton explained about the Australian Spices and its properties and uses by letting us feel the texture and even taste it. Along with it he also demonstrated few Quick recipes .He also talked about his journey as a Chef, and how dedicated he is to take Australian cuisine to all over globe.
We also enjoyed a fusion spread specially done under Chef Clayton where he tried to Give twist to Indian food by adding Australian Spices.
I look forward to more goodies done by him here in India .
